Poor work in cebu

I had work done in cebu condo and it is terrible.  Not sure if i can name,  names.  But plan not taken  notice, and  poor work.  Just watch how you have.

Did you supervise what he was doing or check previous jobs he has done? References anything to check up on his work?

I usually get people to do small jobs before I let them get on the big stuff.This way you can get an insight to how they work.

I know that guy, did a great job on the new roof then, he built (and had to rebuild) the view deck on our beach front rental cottage.

I paid half ..but there full of BS. Some family member has died. Can you sue in the Philippines?

I may have to if they sue for the other.
