Let the forum know if you have luck in sueing, make sure you get the lawyers particulars and post them too. In the PI's from personal experience, negotiate is the word to use to get a better outcome. Maybe, show him work of similar workmanship and that is what you expect for your peso's.

Thanks.  But I think they are scammers.  As it's  grans died and e mailed  doesn't work.  So they just talk to my GF.   I told want to do and deaf ears.

You can try sueing, not sure how successful you will be. I'd very nervious on hearing a motorcycle reving afterwards though.

Yes cashing in your chips. Arguing with the builder can raise the whole issue of face. The gf will know all about this and would be the best mediator or suggest walking away for your continuing good health.
