I received a letter from the taxman in the UK.

The address on it was.

To me,2 so and so apt

Upper junob 

Philippines.

The tax people have my full address but as per usual they are either overworked or just don`t give a toss.How the hell the letter got here with 7107 islands I don`t know.Top marks to philpost who delivered it to me zero marks to the taxman who didn`t send me the correct forms and with only a partial address.
