I doubt it.  Most likely you would have to buy the tank and get it refilled, but I can tell you who to ask.  There is a medical supply store in the back of Rose Pharmacy, across from McDonald's on Perdices Street.  If it was me, that is the first place I would look and ask questions.  Unfortunately, its rare to find a business who will answer phone calls or emails in this country but you could try.  Best bet would be if one of the members was to drop by and ask them for you, if they happen to be in the store.

Perhaps someone else has first hand knowledge?
