I thought that really MUST be a fake pic, but its all over Facebook as being a real pole in a real road: Quote This is the pole of Casureco 2 at bgy tandoc, SIRUMA CAMARINES SUR. Awesome right. Road first before pole. (Of course the Facebook post is in Tagalog so that is the Google Translation of it.)

JJReyes Posted April 15, 2018 Posted April 15, 2018 We were at Goose Island State Park (Texas) a few days ago. There is a large tree in the middle of an intersection. You had to swing around the tree to go straight or make a left turn. First time I see a road with a telephone pole. Of course it's the Philippines so you don't question the logic. Forum Support Mike J Posted April 15, 2018 Forum Support Posted April 15, 2018 Plenty of room for scooters both directions and you still have a clear lane for bigger rigs. Also looks like a very nice road to dry rice. 1 3

jimeve Posted April 16, 2018 Posted April 16, 2018 No street lights should be interesting at night with all the bikes and trikes with no lights on/
Jollygoodfellow Posted April 16, 2018 Posted April 16, 2018 Possibly the road is not open to traffic yet and it wont take long to move a pole like that and fill the hole with concrete.
