Is there baggage help in the airport

have used this service.knee got swollen in route to Japan....flight attendant  asked if I needed help and told her maybe because switching planes.   World stops wheel chair at gate special escort to next flight.  First to board priority through immigration in Cebu.  Must have a record some where when I booked return flight on different airlines  was asked if would need chair.....OOh yeah I did this one changed in Manila got private van to change terminals treated like a king.....

I will always check in with my cane from now on and accept the offered help.  Fees or tips $0   I tried to insist and was rebuffed.

When i have flown to the Caribbean that has also been my experience.
