LUFCinMakati Posted September 3, 2018 Posted September 3, 2018 I have read and heard that these are no banned and fines will be issued if you are displaying a PNP Plate. Are the police approachable and do you still have your receipt? If I had an authorized plate that I bought from the police then I would go ask them if it was still valid.
