Dave Hounddriver Posted September 20, 2018 Posted September 20, 2018 As I get older I find that circulation to my legs and feet is a problem on long flights. I take a couple of Ibuprofen every few hours as it helps with the pain of sitting in a cramped seat, plus it is a mild blood thinner to prevent clots, plus it is easier to relax and sleep if I have no cramped up pain.

Clermont Posted September 20, 2018 Posted September 20, 2018 Australia is a lucky country: 8 hr direct flight from Brisbane to Manila, leave 1100 am arrive 1800 pm, ( PI time ) just in time for dinner then a good night's sleep and into your holidays the next day. No wonder they had to introduce strict immigration policies or prices of airline tickets would soar, thank Australian Immigration department. Dave--probably compression stockings would be a help too as others have stated. I'm sure you get up periodically and walk around too to stretch your legs. Tall people and long flights don't mix. 1
