New member new home question

 My wife and I bought a lot in CDO recently and I’m looking into building our house, wasn’t sure about a price point on per square meter. We want it done right from beginning so are thinking around 27000 php/square meter. Is that reasonable? This is to include the permit costs.

Look in the building section you will find lots of answers in there and some answers to questions you have not even thought about.If you want specific answers you have to ask specific questions as prices vary on location, quality etc.Welcome to the forum
