Doc or Clinic in Cebu?

Can anyone recommend a doctor or walk-in clinic in Cebu, preferably near the Ayala Mall area?

I’m mostly looking for someone to get prescriptions from — antibiotics, scripted eye drops, etc.

I dont have any recommendations but there are a couple f doctors at Ayala. Ask a pharmacist what you really need a prescription for. In some cases you might not need one. Especially if you are paying cash. By way of example, I need a 'scrip for Tramadol (the mildest of the opioids) in the US but never in the Phils.
