Searching for a Judge to preform a wedding in Batangas

I'm having a wedding at a resort in Calatagan this April.
My fiance isn't from Batangas and we don't know any Judges in the area ourselves.
It's proving difficult to find someone to officiate the ceremony. 

If anyone knows how I can find one, or knows someone personally that I could talk to it would be a great help.
Any advice is appreciated.
