Make sure you get a copy of his drivers license and have him sign it 3 times. This is one thing the HPG looks at closely if the signatures don't match they will not transfer the vehicle into your name. It can be a hassle if its not right thats why alot of filipinos don't complete the required paperwork. If you have a trusted lawyer have them check over the paperwork.
