Hi, this for my g/f so prefer a normal taxi, not grab, just being careful.

Cost of and how to get, availability etc of a taxi from Tagbilaran Airport up to Buenavista.

Are they metered or negotiation.

I don't know anything about taxis, especially with the new airport, but there are quite a few car hire companies to be found on Facebook.  You can negotiate a price with them.

Best to negotiate best deal, not been to the new airport. Or she can get a trike to the bus terminal in Tagbilaran then a bus to  Buenavista, be much cheaper than a taxi.
