Gary D Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 Having been blessed with poor teeth as a child most of my teeth are crowned and a large number root canal filled. If the dentist said "she was having a mold done for a future root canal. " I would immediatly be looking for another denist as this one obviously doesn't have the first clue. Most of my crowns are going on 30 years old and the only problems have been with the underlying tooth becoming unstable with time.

The root canal is so that the remaining teeth don`t fill the gap before the second teeth come through so it is temporary.
