Tesco Jasmine rice is @£2;00-1Kg also Basmati @ £3;00-2KG Edited July 5, 2019 by Kuya John
sonjack2847 Posted July 5, 2019 Author Posted July 5, 2019 (edited) Before I left the UK,8 years ago, my BT internet was 20 pounds for unlimited up to 10 mb, I had to have a phone line with that which made the total about 60 GBP. My internet here is Unlimited up to 25 mb for 1899 pesos. That is cheaper here compared to what I paid 8 years ago. Rent ,which I don`t have now, can be a lot cheaper here than where I used to live. Now add council tax car tax insurance and you will see where the savings come in, did I mention beer "no" ok my bad. I could not afford to drink in the UK. Apart from foreign foods what I pay here is cheaper, overall, than the UK. Another plus is that on the whole people are less stressed and more happy here than I and they were in the UK when I left there.
