stevewool Posted July 14, 2019 Posted July 14, 2019 50 years ago this July 16th , Apollo 11 set of for the moon, where was you?. Maybe some of you was not born yet , I was 10 and myself and the rest of the family was in the front room around the black and white tv watching it, my dad made us young ones watch it as it was history in the making. Last night on tv they should for 1 hour the build up from the dressing room to the rocket launching towards the moon after circling earth, next week they will show the mon landing. Amazing to watch and yes my dad was right about history being made, I wonder if I will see anything else like that in my life time. 3
