SWMBO took some photos, the vertical stripe pattern was much easier to line up than the circles (and wasted less paper).

Very nice.  I am not a fan of paper but both of those look great.

Agreed with Mike... that wallpaper does look good. It's a nice change from plain, painted walls. I hope it stands up to the climate here. Please let us know how it goes?

It's only been up for a few months, if it starts to have issues I'll post an update.

It does look nice and adds some class to a room.

We toyed with the idea but I'm a little concerned about humidity etc.

I agree, and it´s quite easy to change when you feel for it

There is also another insect that I have encountered which could be a cause for concern yet could be a false alarm? I don't know the true name of them other than all yachtsmen referred to them as "Book Bugs." The are very small and similar in appearance to aphids - just tiny off-white specs that can move fairly quickly and seem to prefer the adhesive found on bound and paperback books to be a favourite food. I have no idea if they would eat wallpaper glue, but they devastated most of my paperback books on the yacht. Just another possible consideration...

Could be silverfish, was a pest before wallpaper paste had insecticide added.

Been wondering about humidity and wallpaper over here. Back in the UK they have  wallpaper for bathrooms. You can't get much more humid than that. unless you live under water lol. It's the adhesive that need to match the humidity. Flake paste won't handle the humidity, needs to be ready mixed paste. And stop calling it glue.

Not heard that before, We in the trades call it vinyl wallpaper, also use a heavy duty ready mixed paste.

Acrylic wallpaper is more beathable and ecofriendly than old fashioned vinyl.
