I am 24´s and life  in palawan on a Temporary Visitor's Visa that I extend every 2 months i have around 10k$ in a bank account and 5k$ cash but no income, I spend around 10-15php a month. And could earn that online.

I am too young for a retiree visa and don't want to get married at my age.

The reason i live here is that of the low cost and nature. (I study/read all day).

If they ask for my funds how much do I need in my bank account and can I just show them my online bank account.

I would think that it could def. bring questions about how someone your age can sustain himself here long term w/o working illegally on a tourist visa. BTW, earning money from online activities while in the PH on a tourist visa, I think would be considered “working on a tourist visa”, as is earning income by teaching English on a tourist visa. It’s all in whether you get caught or not I guess.

Definitely.  I teach online here, and had to submit a TIN before starting work.  This would make it difficult to be a tourist and work for the company - some other online companies here are not so strict from what I gather.  I would be worried about retrospective reporting should such "black" companies get caught out and investigated by BI/BIR.
