Thanks Tommy, but it's a lot smaller project than most people on the forum are doing. We are planning to do some minor work on the third (attic) floor which is set up with 2 bedrooms, one facing to the back of the house with a window and one with a small verandah facing to the front of the house. We bought the house and that floor wasn't used, it was still bare wood floors and original house paint. But we've got a niece staying with us for a while because her mama is an OFW and her papa had to shift to Manila for work. SWMBO is going to give her the back bedroom upstairs (that one has a floor vent fan which when turned on blows cool air from our bedroom with the AC up into it). The other bedroom with the verandah is larger and has a higher roof and my plan is to turn that into my Amateur Radio shack and workshop but that might have to wait until I am back in the Philippines. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
