Attached is a pic of the line up at Krispy Kreme. It starts at the top left along the building and exits at the bottom pick up. 2

They had a sign: "Shop with your eyes only! Only touch what you will be buying." Well I thought that was a good idea, but some of the ladies I looked at did not. This is Canada, eh. An old guy looking at a pretty girl is obviously a pervert. 2
PPGfreak Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 Hope this opens up soon! Wife is stuck in the Philippines and I'm stuck in Chicago. Have plenty of mask though because I work for an automotive paint company.

hk blues Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 We have a strict lockdown weekend here. Nobody can go out, even for grocery shopping. I suppose dire emergencies would be OK. But, the local shopping mall is open. That simply doesn't help and is just the kind of thing local officials should be clamping down on. Same mall remained fully operational for the 1st week of lockdown as well.

Okay... maybe this is a stupid question? So how is anyone expected to get food to eat or to shop in the open mall if not permitted to go out? This sounds more nonsensical than the usual regulations. The nonsense is a mall opening when we are in a total lockdown. The total lockdown is for the weekend only (as i said in my post) - people knew in advance, or should have, so were expected to buy enough food to get them over the weekend. Personally, I don't think it's too much to ask.
