Here is a general idea. More or less keep doing as you were but take a walk. https://news.mb.com.ph/2020/05/13/8-regions-37-provinces-11-cities-under-mgcq/

We are allowed to walk, with pass. Our chairwoman requested ECQ, but didn't get an answer, so she said we are on MECQ, same as Bataan and Zambales. Olongapo is on GCQ. Now someone sent me an article that says that Roque says only Metro Manila, Cebu City and Laguna will be MECQ. And it is a response to these other provinces asking for ECQ. What a mess. https://www.msn.com/en-ph/news/national/country-under-gcq-except-metro-manila-2-others/ar-BB145vz1?ocid=scu2&fbclid=IwAR0pLDWtZRFMUmnSsOILIoYm__u4mmLvbLBW_DFuJ51IsMwHEBa2re48ktk

I haven't seen anything on the SBMA administrators page, just the letter requesting ECQ and going to MECQ.

Unfortunately I'm the only one in the household that falls between 21 and 60, so I guess I will be walking the dog.

And there is some stupid stuff there that appears to be a typo. It says that if you are under 21 or in one of the risk groups, you can't go out and anybody living with you can't go out. Did I read it right?
