Just let yourself get bit often enough and you'll never have to worry again. When a person has had repeated exposure to the mosquito allergen, his immune system will often  stop recognizing the allergen as a problem, and there is no reaction

Try spraying body with 80% Pineosol and 20% water, works a treat.

You mean before biting times or for treatment for existing bites?

From US EPA

<snip>
b. Revise the label statements under ;:he "Hazards to
Humans and Doemstic Animal" to read;
WAFU'ING. Harmful if absorbed through the
skin. Causes skin irritation. Do not
get on skin or on clothing. Causes
moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact
with eyes. In case of contact,
immediately flush eyes or skin with
plenty of water.

<end snip>

I did find a number of articles that say you can dilute pine-sol and spay it around to keep mosquitoes and other insects away.

Perhaps for me also?  I cannot recall the last time I had a mosquito bite that raised a welt or caused any itching.

Guess not to many rub it into their eyes.......

Have been using it for years when hiking, mostly against annoying flys as mosies not bother me at all.  Nothing worse than stopping for a rest and drink and the fly attack starts.....This has worked a treat.
