Huggybearman Posted June 2, 2020 Posted June 2, 2020 (edited) As an aside, I went into my local BI office here in Cagayan de Oro about three weeks ago to submit my 13A application. They said they were unable accept it for process as the Manila office were closed. (13A’s are processed in Manila) Following this latest announcement I went to my local office again this morning on the off chance and it was accepted, as Manila are now processing all applications again.
