I know we are where we are, and it is what it is but it's the pretence of having a viable solution that gets me - and it's not just related to this specific situation. On the surface everything is fine and good but scratch even just a little below and you will see it isn't actually the case. We had a dry run a month ago with 6 students and 1 teacher for 5 days. There were no days when all 7 were able to take the lesson and 1 of the 6 only made it for 2 days and various others missed 1 or more days. Sometimes the issues are easily fixed IF the parent has some IT knowledge but....And, we live in a middle-class community on the outskirts of the city.
