Anyone have a secret sauce recipe they are willing to divulge?

My umomie is the Chinese sesame chili oil.

I got those here in Washington State Tom. I bought Beaver mustard at Metro Ayala Cebu City last December.

I can never hear that without thinking of the "Two Beavers are better than one" song :hystery:

I had to look up what umomie was but I think it's umami.  :89: What would I do without Google

Speaking of the Beaver brand.  I grew up in Beaverton, Oregon.  If you had a cold and wanted to clear your sinus, all you had to do was walk past the plant on the downwind side.

A nice sauce that I like:

Mix together Mayo, honey, mustard, and finely minced onion.  Add chili sauce to desired level of heat.  Makes a great dipping sauce for deep fried chicken strips.

Dry mustard, "regular" mustard or stone ground? All would work well I guess. Do you use sweet chili sauce or? I'm sure this would be great and easy to make Mike.

I use the regular mustard  and hot chili sauce, but sweet would also work, maybe use less honey.  This is one of those dips where you blend then adjust to the hot and sweet that you prefer.
