Taiwan to restrict travel May 19 - June 18 including transit.

Taiwan will restrict entry and transit travelers starting May 19 through June 18. EVA is one of the very few airlines flying to Cebu. We were booking tickets for July but are holding off now. The situation in Philippines and Taiwan is too fluid.

I was going to book with EVA air from Seattle to Manila since they had the best price I could find but I found out we would have to get Covid tests before the flight, even though we were only transit passengers. I wish I would have chosen them over PAL since they cancelled on us. In the end we made it here but it was stressful and costly. JAL was very pleasant to fly on the way out but they were fully booked the on the return flights.
