10yr Driving Licences if you've been a good boy

The Philippines will issue 10 year Driving Licences to drivers with no infringements on record starting Oct 28 in Metro Manila and then to other areas. If you have infringements on record you can only get a 5 year licence. 

In addition all applicants for renewal must undertake a driver refresher seminar.

Thanks for sharing Mike... We know the CED drivers education program is gonna be a game changer! All Filipino drivers will soon drive safely and follow the rules.

Interestingly you can do the test online, and if you fail to get 50% correct, which is the pass mark ,you can retake the test.

 

 

And the  2.5 hour seminar, you can watch on YouTube insted of sitting in a classroom.. How they know that have seen it all, I dont really know. But I know where I live so I know anything is possible....
