Still face the risk of the owner deciding it's too nice to rent at x amount and kicking you out at the end of the lease and stuck with somebody else's choice of furnishings. I'm not convinced it's such a great opportunity. Wouldn't be easier to just purchase RTO property, then rent it out, does these properties have any dodgy agreements?
