If still stable in 4 weeks then I'll get the ok to go back to Aussie where I can access the treatment without blowing a big chunk dollars, if not then I'll have to get the treatment done here.

Great see your well on the mend.....We discussing health, your health my friend, forget the dollars and do what must be done. Yes there are many diets with varying degrees of success,  one thing is certain no shoe fits all how ever from personal experience what we eat means so much.
