Popular Post russellmania Posted August 24, 2022 Popular Post Posted August 24, 2022 OK so I needed to go the opposite direction here in Cebu City and I saw the perfect opportunity to make a U-turn. My first thought was to pull in the gas station and turn around but nooooooo I made the quick move to make a U-turn when it was clear to do so. AS soon as I come out my U-turn there was the traffic enforcer telling me to pull over. He ask for license and registration. I gave him my Texas TDL card but I had a hard time finding my truck registration. I knew my GF did it for me when I was in USA during the shutdown but the one I found was 3yrs old. This cop was salivating!! He not only got a U-turn violation but he gets to impound my truck!! Well he called for a motorbike cop so I could follow him to the Mandaue court house I guess. Before the motorcop arrived im still frantically looking for my registration. I open my truck owner manual book and BOOM!!!!! There was my current registration hahahaha!!! The enforcer checked it out and then another enforcer shows up im thinking it was the motorcop. He spoke better english and he said something like....Pay the enforcer P500 and you can go about your business. COOL!!! I paid my P500 and burned rubber outta there!!! Enforcer are still honest hahaha! 1

I was waiting for my wife to finish her 4 hour shopping at Divisoria in Manila, illegally parked and the AC was full blast. A fat belly PNP knocked on my window, ask for my DL and other documents. While he was viewing all my papers, I heard someone at the back of my Jeep taking off my plates, even before the typical "negotiations". I offered him 200 pesos but he wouldn't budge. So I pulled out a copy of an old Playboy magazine that I was saving for a gift for my cousin and gave it to the gleaming PNP instead. At least they're honestly horny.
JJReyes Posted August 24, 2022 Posted August 24, 2022 Gift giving is an old Philippine tradition. I hated it.
