Free shipping is required to have $60.00 of product. If you don't it's not free. I always have my orders shipped by Ninja. Just placed an order yesterday.

The order was $125, it was actually an item (essential oil) that for some reason is prohibited by NinjaVan on iherb...but not amazon.

Have you tried IHerb recently? NinjaVan option is always "unavailable" so it looks like no more free shipping..

No, I have no used them recently.

Also, computers have come down some in the Philippines since that time, so PH price might be more competitive now.

Very cool thread!  I had no idea Amazon ships to the PI.  I havent been back in the PI for a long time.  Just doing some research and planning for retirement there.

Does anyone know of how to continue my TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) in Manila without going to a HRT clinic?

I order my T-Cyp / Anastrozole / HCG from overseas (India/Europe/Singapore).  Anyone have any experience getting these via regular Postal Mail?  If not, maybe obtaining them locally without prescriptions, like maybe local merchs orders via private sale/deliveries?

As for donating blood, i figure i can just pay a local phlebotomist to come to my home for blood letting.

My best Amazon service yet.  Ordered some things on Sunday PH time and they are out for delivery today.

Ninja Van is really tied into Amazon now.  On Sunday, within an hour or two of ordering, I got this e-mail:

It appears they have a whole system set up for PH now, with Ninja handling everything on some shipments, end to end.  This shipment was from Los Angeles area.

I have gotten items from the US west coast thru Amazon quicker than items from within the Philippines via Lazada. Now since I'm in south Luzon I only order from sellers in the Metro Manila area or closer. But even then I have to careful. I ordered from two different sellers that were supposed to be in the Metro Manila area but when I checked the ordered status a few days later it said awaiting customs clearance China. Lazada doesn't have much control over their sellers veracity. So more and more I am ordering from Amazon, I just wait until I have enough to be over $50USD to get the free shipping. Of course some items won't ship but that's life.

To be fair, delivery times are way better than 3 or 4 years back - most of the items I order arrive with a week, even from China.   4, maybe 5, days from within the Philippines is not unusual these days.

Has anybody else noticed that many of the items that were available for free shipping are no longer available for free shipping?   Many of the items in my cart (all free shipping at the time I put them there), are no longer free shipping.  Quite a few of the items I have purchased in the past are either no free shipping or cannot deliver to the Philippines.    I had always wondered how the heck they were providing free shipping; my guess was both Amazon and the retailer foot the cost.  Guessing the retailers were realizing they were losing money.

In the last few days, I received a pkg from Amazon and unexpectantly had to pay customs duty of 430Php.

The pkg was delivered by DHL and contained 2 used books with a value of $50.

Had always thought that anything under 10K Php was duty free especially for something like used books.

Perhaps things are changing at the PI customs bureau.
