THanks Jim.  We are starting to include Bacong and Dauin in the search area now for sure and looking at some places there on Friday, as strong chance we will put son in the International school down in Dauin which has some assisted learning programs he needs with his ASD.  Silliman had not started their program for that yet, but hopes to next year.  So, the one in Dauin is  Pricey, but as told my Asawa, We are the ones who pulled him out of a Great (FREE) school program in WA state to come here; so, we need to try and get him in something that mirrors closely what he had there.  He gets SS himself; so, that will helpg to pay the school for now and we'll still save lot more money than we were in US since house is rented out now.  We've found that a lot of houses we Thought looked awesome online aren't so awesome in person.
