This is an update regarding medical treatment costs posted earlier.

X-rays at Cardinal Santos Medical Center, P1,753.  EMG-NCV tests at Makati Medical Center, P5,185.  2nd visit with the Orthopedic doctor practicing in sports medicine, P1,000.  A physical therapist will come to our condo 3 times for follow-up treatment.  Expected expense is P500 to P650 per visit.  Follow-up visit with the doctor in two weeks, anotherP1,000.

I joined around a year ago, very efficient. They said just a 3 month stand down period. I posted a link earlier on a bloke whom used Phil Health extensively.

Are you talking about Pacific Cross or Philhealth?  The post you quoted was about Pacific Cross.

Update on my PhilHealth, I eventually went to a different eye doctor for my cataract op and he asked if I was on my wife's PH account as a dependent.

He double checked on his laptop and yes my name came up as my wife's dependent 

So going ahead and booked to have the cataract op next Tuesday,

Be sure you let us know your experience.  I expect I will need to have it done some time in the future if I live long enough.
