So I have to ask: Whereabouts is the BOI office in terminal 3, so I can head there upon my arrival to get a tourist visa extension? I promise to get a screenshot of the answers this time . I can understand them not taking foreign currency but not giving change? Every other BI I've been in (ok only a couple but still) happily give change.
