This is why when we have our house built, I will be on site daily or someone else knowledgeable to stand in during any absence.

I have seen firsthand quite a few homes being built and understand that corners get cut and there are plenty build items not up to western code.

The number one first thing that will be implemented is that concrete will be mixed in a mixer "not the dirt the ground", or if expedient the cleansed road area.
