And was simply at immigration looking to get a permanent resident visa or visa extension(again following Philippine law). I don't think its appropriate for the Philippines to throw him in detention for a year or two. They have a right to blacklist him. But he violated no laws. They never asked if he was a felon. They should take him to the airport, get him on a plane and blacklist him. Detention should be for violation of laws. Not the Philippines suddenly changing their mind, that he isn't welcomed in the country. Go back and research as much as you can on the PI BI laws & awaken, this is not the US or other such lands of perceived freedoms. Everything they did is textbook to rid us of one of the most conning criminals to enter the country. Detention for a year or two, maybe, maybe not.... that depends on the system. Karma is all over this snake and well deserved for his evilness against the peoples & institutions who he grossly stole from. 3

To put it bluntly, there are plenty of folk deserving of our sympathy due to the judicial system here - this guy is not one of them IMHO.

It astounds me how many people adore him, despite his transgressions. Since everything came to light in regards to his past, he's gained 2k subscribers. I guess some people are just that gullible. ............... So I went to mandaue this afternoon to try to interview him for my channel. The media was saying he wasn't even down here anymore but, that didn't make sense to me so I just went for it. He was there. He and I have a bit of a history, and he wouldn't see me. Pretty sure he saw me coming and had time to tell the guard to turn me away. But I managed to get him a bit on cam before I got outta there cuz the guard basically told me to gtfo.

Gutenberg Posted April 12 Posted April 12 Imagine being the director of a public hospital and then feel the need to steal money from it. I don't get it, even in a public hospital the Director probably makes 200.000 USD a year after tax. What is wrong with people.

This YouTuber was fooling many ignorant followers and subscribers with his non-sense facade of the Philippines. He is a US FED CONVICT criminal (and snitch). Mr. World Zoom stole much more than $850 thousand USD & other INT. monies, closer to the TWO Million over time. It was not just a quick one time hit jackpot. He was slowly siphoning the monies from months into years. Zoomer knows well of what he was doing. Career criminals never finish.

I was hoping you would also get that Expat who pulled a knife on that Bartender, Barry Jordan who is still held there. Gossip among Cebu expats is he is about to be transferred or was already transferred to Happy Jail Prison where he'll be held during his trials. Rooster Posted April 13 Author Posted April 13 Article showing he was convicted states he stole 1.7 Million and owed 3.5 Million in restitution. Embezzling nearly $1.7 million from hospitals in Powell and Indiana — and other deceptions along the way — netted Paul Cardwell a 10-year federal prison sentence on Monday. Cardwell also said he hoped his $3.5 million civil settlement with HealthTech indicates his willingness to repay what he’s stolen and more. It’s unclear what assets Cardwell has today. https://www.powelltribune.com/stories/cardwell-i-was-prideful-i-was-arrogant-and-im-a-thief,4888
Possum Posted April 13 Posted April 13 This vlogger may have a future in politics upon his return. A healthcare company in the USA was convicted of 14 felonies and paid 1.7 billion dollars in fines and restitution for Medicare fraud. The CEO of the company was elected governor and is now a US Senator. But glad to see Caldwell leave the Philippines.
