Now they require an ACR - passport is no longer acceptable. Foreign Nationals above 18 years old need to submit their Alien Certificate of Registration to get Fully Verified in GCash. Foreign nationals may also need to submit their DOLE Alien Employment / School Registration Form and their proof of billing as supplementary documents to proceed with their verification. Had mine for many years now. Cant receall what was required with the verification issue but certainly had it 5 or 6 years.
