Uh, sorry, that list is a complete joke.  NPR and PBS?

I saw that but it served my purpose so I'm sticking with it! :hystery:

BBC lost the plot years ago.

Is there anyone of British origin working there now anyway ?

Employing and catering to the usual whining minorities and 'victims', seems to me . IMHO, of course.

Well there is the Hiugh Priest of Woke, dear old Saint Gary Lineker.

Yet another footballer who believes he really really has to share his worldview opinions with the world.

I somehow knew long ago that Twitter /X would not be a good place for me .Now I know how right I was.

I think we all have a tendency to rate the quality and accuracy of a news service based on our own bias.  I am not going to share how I get my news. :hystery:

Very true - when I got married I decided to sell my Encyclopedia Britannica as I didn't need it any more as the wife knew everything!

I use Google for information on quite a regular basis.  The last time was about 5 minutes ago as I pondered another thread in the forum.  I Googled "what is bubble tea".  I guess it is getting popular but I think I will pass.  Sounds a bit too "new age you gotta try this" for an old duffer like myself.

Just Googled "Gotta" because my spell check said it was an error.  Google has the definition so I added it to my spell check.

Duck Duck Go is my best friend. It puts forth fewer paid results. You can't trust Google to not steer you toward paid results or websites owned by Google itself.
