The cost of land prohibits them from providing adequate parking for the convenience stores.

That is completely 100 percent not true.   If you use your hazard lights, you can park anywhere (I have witnessed this with my own eyes.)   Was disappointed this was not on the Drivers License test.

Tell that to the traffic enforcer who gave me a ticket, had my hazard lights on too.

Right.

I'm also surprised that the licence test didn't include the question on how flashing your lights at oncoming traffic gives 'the flasher' the right of way when turning.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago. It was not snack time. Perhaps because they noticed foreigners driving?

It happens. I was stopped once while doing everything the people in front of me were doing. Two things saved me. Dash cam and wife who told them their money grubbing foreigner extorting ways were on camera and already in the cloud for further use.

We both know it happens Jack.

Not long ago, I was flagged down at an intersection that was poorly marked, almost like a speed trap. I got out and was surrounded by 5 enforcers. But once I started walking around snapping pics of the intersection to prove that it was a bad intersection, miraculously 4 of the enforcers disappeared, and the one remaining strangely forgot how to speak English :hystery:
