Where is the best place in the Philippines to find wife material?

Try Dumaguete City. Not as big as Cebu or Manila. Lot's of expats there.

The so called "Best Luck City" does not exist....it will never determine the best partner for what you're after.

Your best luck could happen at the AirPort here or there or anywhere.

OP should hang a map of the Philippines on the wall, place a blind fold over his eyes and throw a dart at the map. Where ever it lands, that should be his first place to visit.

I agree and would ask the OP.

Finding a wife in one month is that important? Are you pregnant?

I have spent a lot more time and money getting rid of two wives. Lived happily single for 15 years after the last one.  Western, Asian, African or whatever geographic description one cares to use has nothing to do with how happy you'd be. From experience I can tell you they all have the same equipment. If you can't find someone to be content with keep looking around. If after 10 or 20 years you aren't successful then the fault lies [to paraphrase Shakespeare] within yourself
