My "really", was the comparison between Alice Guo and a run of the mill "small town Mayor"   As far as who went to get her was not really relevant in my reply, was just pointing out she was a little more than just a small town mayor.    I also think it is bizarre that they went to escort her back, but not much surprises me here anymore.   I guess a smooth operation would surprise me.

They denied seeing the hand signals, which is horseshit, as a video surfaced of the same event and they clearly saw her huge smile and and gestures.

The hand signals were hers and reflect on her smug outlook on the situation.  The looks on their faces reflect on them.  Seems like they are treating the situation frivolously?
