The photo was 3 seconds long taken on my Samsung A55 main lens in night mode (which boosts the brightness), time was 6pm. Taken from the viewing overlook at the east edge of our subdivision in the hills overlooking Cagayan De Oro. In real life it was darker than the photograph, the comet can just be seen on the left of the photo about half way between the horizon and the top of the photo.
