Calling Thailand

Anybody know a cheap way to call Thailand from the Philippines?

Skype has a lot of great specific country deals.  I pay $4.95AUD a month for 2  hours to Australia.  I would imagine they have similar deals to Thailand as well.  I use it mainly to deal with government agencies, banks etc. I call them and get them to call me back.

We need to call at least one hotel that only has phone bookings.

"Mom and Pop" operation? They may have a Facebook page you could book or call/chat to them on?

Their FB is all in Thai but might try messenger.

My wife and daughter are going to gymnastics competition and everyone said they called to book at this hotel where everyone is staying.  It is a big place that is semi-attached to the university where the event is, but I don't see it on the booking websites.

If messenger doesn’t work, see if their website shows a cell phone number; maybe they have WhatsApp or Viber.

I use Skype to call the UK - unlike Brett, I don't have a subscription and just buy credits every so often with my debit card. Super cheap to call the UK, so cheap  I don't even know how much!
