Yeah, but as we age the fruit and vegetables that we consume  become more difficult for our aging bodies to absorb. 

I do eat fresh fruit and veg along with meat, fish, poultry, liver and shellfish but.........

Unfortunately, many folks use supplements as an alternative to a healthy diet.  They want to have their cake and eat it, literally!
