Anyone seen graphite powdered lubricant? Haven't seen it in the usual hardware stores. Works great for door locks.

When we have an oil change on the car we save the used oil to use on things around the House and garden, Works wonders :tiphat:

They had it in the Handyman store a while back, not sure if there's a branch near you?

I would be very careful with that, used engineoil is known to be very toxic.

The "lead" in pencils is actually graphite.  Pencil the rough part of the key, push it the lock and turn a few times.  Works great.

Also, dust and dirt accumulate in oil which makes things quite messy. Graphite powder, being a dry lubricant, is much better for locks. I got mine from Lazada.
