That is the proper rate.  We use them monthly. 9000 pesos per drop.

And you are only given 24 hours to fill it?  As @OnMyWay posted, it is the time more than the rate that seems to be the issue.

We fill them in about 4 hours.  Usually go way over the top and they dont care.

Yeah, I'd imagine it's pretty fast filling them. Obviously the idea is to only order one when the job is finished.  Also, helps avoid the issue of your skip becoming the municipal waste disposal site!
