Mr Lee Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 My wife and I did our usual thing this evening and went out for dinner as we are still searching for good restaurants and we found another good one with good food. The Mooon Cafe which is in IT Park. My wife and I ordered an appetizer of Campesinos which is tortia chips with cheese and taco meat on some of the chips for p79.46 plus Vat and then as a main meal my wife ordered the 6 pcs of pork on a stick for p107.14 plus Vat and it came with rice and it was just alright but I ordered a tenderloin steak with garlic rice and vegetables for p232.14 plus Vat and it was very good and then we both ordered bottomless ice tea for p87.50 plus Vat for both and I am always sure to get my monies worth of tea and they just kept filling our glasses without us ever having to ask them, so good service as well. The vat was not extra but backed out of the menu price and I just do not remember the exact menu prices but I think you all get the idea. The total bill for everything was p567 for the both of us and we spent about that much in the Sand Trap and walked away very dissatisfied so I give this place a definite worthwhile.I would say that it is a excellent value for the money and this place is not as busy as the one in the Ayala Terraces so it might be worth the ride to get away from the crowds and be able to walk right in. There was also a Casa Verde right next door and it too did not look anywhere near as busy as the one in the Terraces so we will be trying that one soon as well and then when you are done, you can walk over to the Waterfront Hotel Casino and walk around of go have some fun gambling. I passed on that because I do not gamble and because the smoking in the casino is a problem for me but if smoke does not bother you, then it is worth checking out.
