The new service, called SkyBroadband, provides up to 12 megabits per second of download speed that is four times faster than any existing residential DSL, according to Rodrigo Montinola, vice president for marketing of SkyCable. Montinola told a news briefing in Ortigas Center yesterday that SkyBroadband, formerly known as ZPDee Cable Internet, uses the cable infrastructure of SkyCable that has higher bandwidth, allowing it to carry more data. Mik Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Sign me up when SkyBroadband gets to Cebu. I am not at all happy with PLDT DSL.
