Steve Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 I stopped using Xoom once PayPal had a presence in the Philippines. I opened an account for my in-laws and attached their banking account to it. Now all I have to do is transfer from my PayPal to theirs, then transfer from their PayPal to their bank account.
