Demeter Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 The suspect killed the victim with an extension cord. The suspect's brother claimed to have heard his sister saying that she would kill the victim, it was planned not done as self-defense.

TheMason Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 (edited) I think a better topic title would have been "Killing for the Love of an American's Money." But hey, look on the bright side, at least the guy didn't marry the bitch. This is going off topic a bit, but I'm really getting cynical about Filipinas marrying foreigners. As we wait here in Manila for my wife's medical clearance for her visa, we're meeting a lot of women that are getting thier spousal/fiancee visa to go to the US. There are 4-5 women that live in the same condo building we do.....The first one is already married. When her husband came over to visit her in February I asked if she was excited to see him after so long. She replied, "Yes, he's bringing me lots of presents. I can't wait for them to get here." She did not misspeak. She clearly meant she was excited to see her presents, not her husband. She's one of those 'buy me this, buy me that' type of woman. She hasn't even gone to the US yet and she's already acting like she's a God and lording her US husband's money over the other ladies. I hope he knows what he's in for when he takes that witch back to he US.The second one is married to a man in Louisiana. She also has 5 other online boyfriends that send her money. None of them know she is married already. When asked about it, she said her husband only sent her 20k a month in spending money (he also pays her rent, cell, internet, etc in addition). She said she couldn't live on that little amount of money each month so she needed to still chat online and get the extra money. That marriage is going places! The third is married to a man from Nebraska. We went out to Robinson's mall with her and her 4-year-old daughter for coffee and dougnuts. While sitting and talking, she excused herself and went to flirt with an old Aussie guy at the next table. She came back thrilled that they exchanged numbers and they had a 'date' set up in a few hours. Not only was she prostituting herself, she was doing it in front of her daughter and my wife and I. Real classy lady. The 4th one seems like a much better person. She strikes me as honest and a stand-up person. She met her fiancee online and they met in person when he came over here on a 21-day visit last year. Relationships can work out under those circumstances, but I don't give it great odds. They've only spent a total of 21 days together in person. Kind of tough to make a life-long decision on that basis.I'll spare you the details of the bar girl from Angeles who passes around pictures of her husband's cock. She also showed me pics of the scar on his arm from where she knifed him during a fight. We've also met some genuinely nice people, but they are the minority and all of them were married for a while and lived together in the Philippines first, or are Filipino couples. I haven't met a single woman in a 'long-distance' relationship with a foreigner that is a decent person. Its sad to see so many guys being led to the slaughter by their wives and girlfriends. You cannot just blame the women, it takes two and my guess is those men are unable to see the writing on the wall. I know plenty of people who met their wives online and it worked out great, and I know plenty who have met their wives in person and it did not work out, so the big question is, if so many of us are so smart, how come we married our first, second, third or however many wives that some guys have been married to back in our countries of origin. We no doubt met them in person first and dated them for quite a while before making the mistake of marrying them, so how come most of us were stupid back then. :th_exactly:

Its sad to see so many guys being led to the slaughter by their wives and girlfriends. There are a million stories in the naked city. I have seen all those and more. I have to say that I have also seen many that did much better. Usually people who took the time to get to know each other. 21 days is certainly not enough in most cases. That Angeles girl sounds like a really classy chick. . It takes all kinds I guess. So when she was showing the pictures were people laughing or gasping? Tom in Texas Posted April 24, 2010 Posted April 24, 2010 ... Its sad to see so many guys being led to the slaughter by their wives and girlfriends. The examples you cite seem to me to be "guys being led to the slaughter by their own exceedingly poor judgment and desire to have a young and pretty girl to show off as their wife and to flatter their ego."This was the same judgment I exercised in marrying my last two ex-wives within months of meeting them and in selecting my live-in girlfriend who sued me for palimony after 3 years together. All good ol American born and bred girls who I met and married right here in the USA... each of whom I dim-wittedly put in a position to take me to the cleaners... and they were kind enough to oblige me.I am quite happy with my Filipina wife of 10 years... who I dated for two years before we were married.Tom in Texas

I haven't met a single woman in a 'long-distance' relationship with a foreigner that is a decent person. Its sad to see so many guys being led to the slaughter by their wives and girlfriends. This is a story as old as time its self. This has been happening to guys for many years. Now here's the thing. Its all over the internet everywhere, its a well know fact and warned about on almost every website doing anything with Dating, Marriage or Foreign - Filipina realtionships. BUT THEY STILL DO IT... This is something that is still in amazement to me eveyday.I wrote a article in my Philippine Blog Dumbest Smart People In The World http://philippinesculturalexperience.blogspot.com/2010/03/foreigners-coming-to-philippines.htmlI can just try to use my own experience to come up with a answer - Just ovewhelmed by the beauty, and hearing all the story's of what good wifes they are, and how poor area it is, thinking how great it will be to have a young pretty wife to parade around in front of all your friends in the states, since they dont have anything they will be so happy and would surely not waist anything, since they are not used to having it, being from a poor society they will surely be thrifty and saving and wont waist or spend any money. Being from a third world country with strong family values from asian culture, they would never cheat on a husband, or steal, or lie. It would a disgrace and they are very big on honor. They are taught to be the mans helper, and to be submissive and wonderful, they do this because they love to and part of their ways.... This was the mindset I had when coming here. This was what I thought a Filipina was. Now I will agree I was just a country boy without and travel experience or knowing much about other countries. You can say I was not smart to world ways.... The difference between me and them is,,,, I did not see all the warnings, nor did I have anyone give advice what not to do. I know it must have been there, maybe I was so busy with the dam Yahoo Chat and the dating sites that I did not take time to research... But I had no idea what the real true Filipina was..... They are not projected or promoted as such in the states.... Well at least in my area... Even today I still see remarks and story's from back home with women and men saying ...... Oh he just went there to get one of those little young pretty girls, who will be at his beckon call, and wont have any mind of their own, or opinion. He just likes for someone to bring his shoes, and wash his feet everyday, and never have a opinion of their own. Only always do what he wants........Now let me tell you for sure,,,,,,, THAT IS NOT WHAT THE FILIPINA'S I MET WAS LIKE AT ALL........ They mostly ( the one's I have met and known, which is alot ) are more like what the is decribed in the previous post...... So in short, maybe that is why the guys keep doing this and falling into this trap time after time after time.... Plus the fact that everyone knows the lower brain is much more powerful than the upper brain......
tropicalwaste Posted April 24, 2010 Posted April 24, 2010 Its a bizarre thing that just keep repeating itself your right CebuExpat what is more crazy than that though is people ignoring advice that is everywhere.. lots of people spend a lot of time writing information and warning signs everywhere yet they still step into the spiders web.. The netcafe i have is a prime example of how its done properly..lol there are about 5 girls that are associated with a regular gay guy that comes in (regular gay? regular user of the cafe!). You will see the girl sit in front of the cam with her arms down while the gay times.. why? because the gay can type in 6 yahoo windows at the same time while not distracting the guys watching her on cam to that fact they are regulars at Western Union.. but then again the guys I have seen on there deserve what they get. Constantly asking to see the girls breasts while they have hand relief on Cam.. Warning notice here.. The cam is on you may be looking at one girl.. but 4 other girls and a gay are watching you beating the salami.. before anyone asks i dont allow the breasts out in the cafe incase anyone wanted a full-time membership haha.. but the more i see the women here the more i know them person to person and I would say the ratio of good to bad is probably 30% good and out of that 30% the majority aren't attractive which is why they dont even get a look in.. goes back to a friend of mine in the UK his girlfriend is fat and ugly.. and we asked him why he goes out with her.. response being she drops me off at the pub, picks me up, when we go out she pays for the meals.. what more do i need?
